About Meridian Career Pathways

This Meridian Career Pathways website has been developed with you in mind. We have set out a series of activities and questions that you could ask and complete with your child at different transition points in their school journey.

Each transition point is a time for reflection and consideration about the future and at each point schools will give the relevant information and help to support.
