I left sixth form and started a level 3 mechatronic apprenticeship at Perkins.

I am in my last few months of my apprenticeship it was a 4 year apprenticeship that is a mix of college and work. The 2 pathways for this specific apprenticeship is factory maintenance or working in ERDC (European research and development centre)

Advice to students

Looking back at when I was at school I would say to give your best towards your studies as this is something you will regret if you do not give your all and you know you could have done better
