Profile

Since leaving Stamford Welland Academy, I have gone on to study A Levels at Harington School before graduating from De Montfort University in 2023 with a first class honours degree in economics and finance where I am currently looking for the ideal job in finance whilst being a customer service manager at Ladbrokes.

Following the completion of my GCSEs and A Levels, I went to De Montfort University to study Economics and Finance BSc (Hons) where I graduated in the summer of 2023 with a first class honours degree. Most of the degree was completed during the pandemic which heavily impacted the university experience but the experiences it has provided me with has set me up well into looking towards a career in finance as I look to find the right graduate job in the field, particular as a financial advisor.

Advice to students

To take advantage of as many opportunities that come to you to help you build yourself as a person and as a future employee as it will help you stand out and it will also help you in deciding where it is you want to go in life when you finish education.
